The Company conducts all its operations in Hong Kong through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Ziyun Oriental, incorporated in Hong Kong on October 20, 2021, under the laws of Hong Kong as Zoneyea Limited and changed to its current name on November 10, 2023. Ziyun Oriental is an advisory and consulting company that focuses on assessing and researching the feasibility of investments in Southeast Asia. We aim to provide one-stop cross-border enterprise service solutions and overseas landing services for Southeast Asian enterprises. The mission is to provide customers with comprehensive information solutions and achieve sustainable development through innovative technology and high-quality services, aiming to provide one-stop cross-border landing solutions for “going global” of Chinese enterprises and “coming in” for overseas enterprises.
