Our Group was established in 1992, we are principally engaged in the supply of sensors and electronic components to our customers and have positioned ourselves as a value-added electronic component, sensor and engineering solutions provider able to provide (i) sensors and components; (ii) engineering solutions and reference design; (iii) consultation of application feasibility study; and (iv) professional logistics services in bridging customers and electronic component producers in the electronics industry. Since incorporation, our Group has been focusing on identifying, sourcing, selling and distributing electronic components from suppliers located in Asia, Japan, South Korea, Europe and U.S. In early 2000, our Group expanded its product offerings and entered into the sensors market after establishing a business relationship with a supplier in Belgium. Our Group has further strengthened our position and competitive advantages in the sensors and electronic components market by expanding our product variety and further enhance our value-added services including (i) new application idea to clients, (ii) engineering consultation, (iii) reference design, and (iv) supply chain and logistics services to our clients.
