(b) On January 7, 2025, Tammy Romo, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Southwest Airlines Co. (the “Company”), submitted her resignation from the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2025.

On January 8, 2025, Linda Rutherford, Chief Administration Officer of the Company, submitted her resignation from the position of Chief Administration Officer, effective April 1, 2025.
