(c) Appointment of Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer


On March 15, 2022, Erie Indemnity Company (the “Company”) announced that Parthasarathy (“Partha”) Srinivasa, 50, has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Company. Mr. Srinivasa will join the Company from Verisk Analytics, a New Jersey-based data analytics and risk assessment firm, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Data and Insurance Information Officer since 2019. Prior to joining Verisk, Mr. Srinivasa served for three years as Chief Information and Operations Officer at Safe Auto Insurance. His appointment becomes effective on April 4, 2022.

There is no family relationship between Mr. Srinivasa and any other executive officer or member of the board of directors of the Company, and there are no related party transactions with regard to Mr. Srinivasa that are reportable under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K. Mr. Srinivasa is not a party to any plan, contract, or arrangement in connection with his appointment as an Executive Vice President of the Company.
