On November 12, 2024, Armata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has achieved full enrollment of its Phase 1b/2a diSArm study of intravenous AP-SA02 as a potential treatment for Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia. The full text of the press release issued in connection with this announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”).
