Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On March 11, 2022, ParkerVision, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States District Court in the Middle District of Florida issued an order granting Qualcomm’s motion to block the Company’s presentation of key evidence in the pending patent infringement trial against Qualcomm.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
