Other Events.


On March 16, 2020, Hologic, Inc. (“Hologic”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the Company’s new Panther Fusion® SARS-CoV-2 assay, a molecular diagnostic test that detects SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 disease.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
