Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 18, 2017, Vapor Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the preliminary results of its tender offer to purchase up to 32,262,152 of its outstanding Series A Warrants, at a purchase price of $0.22 per warrant in cash. The tender offer expired at 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on January 17, 2017. A copy of the Company’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
