Citizens & Northern Corporation (the “Company”) announced unaudited, consolidated financial results for the year ended December 31, 2020. On January 21, 2021, the Company issued a press release titled “C&N Declares Dividend and Announces Fourth Quarter 2020 Unaudited Financial Results,” a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company’s “banCNotes,” a report that includes unaudited financial information, will be mailed to shareholders on or about January 28, 2021.
