Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 4, 2025, Viewbix, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Common Stock”) were approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”). The Company’s shares of Common Stock are expected to begin trading under the symbol “[VBIX]” on Nasdaq commencing at the open of trading on June 5, 2025. The Company’s shares of Common Stock were previously quoted on the OTC Markets, Pink Tier under the symbol “VBIX”, and ceased to be quoted on the OTC Markets, Pink Tier at the close of business on June 4, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
