Item 8.01. Other Events

On April 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents ($0.12) per share of the Company's common stock to be paid on or about May 27, 2022, to shareholders of record as of close of business on May 13, 2022.
