Michael Reznikas (Co-Portfolio Manager) has managed the fund since 2024.
It is expected that Mr. Bakshi will transition off the fund on or about December 31, 2024.
The following information supplements the biographical information found in the "Fund Management" section under the "Portfolio Manager(s)" heading.
Michael Reznikas is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Fidelity® Series Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund, which he has managed since 2024. He also manages other funds. Mr. Reznikas joined Fidelity Investments in 2003 and worked as an analyst and global technology portfolio manager until 2008. He rejoined Fidelity Investments in 2013, as a research analyst and portfolio manager.
It is expected that Mr. Bakshi will transition off the Fidelity® Series Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund on or about December 31, 2024.

Christopher Bartoli is Co-Portfolio Manager of Fidelity® Series Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund, which he has managed since 2024. Since joining Fidelity Investments in 2008, Mr. Bartoli has worked as research analyst and portfolio manager.
It is expected that Mr. Pruett will retire effective on or about December 31, 2024. At that time, he will no longer serve as a Co-Portfolio Manager of Fidelity® Series Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund.
