Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 26, 2023, Daniel J. Harshman retired from the Board of Directors of F&M Bank Corp. (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Farmers & Merchants Bank, effective immediately, having met the mandatory retirement age set forth in the Company’s bylaws.  Mr. Harshman served on the Board of Directors for 22 years.
