Other Events.

On July 24, 2019, Indianapolis Power & Light Company (“IPL”), the principal subsidiary of IPALCO Enterprises, Inc. (“IPALCO”), announced that it has filed a Transmission, Distribution and Storage System Improvement Charges plan (the “IPL revAMP”) with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (the “IURC”). A copy of the press release (the “Press Release”) is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The IPL revAMP case docket at the IURC, including a copy of the IPL revAMP plan filed with the IURC, is available through IURC’s online portal at https://iurc.portal.in.gov by searching Docketed Cases for Cause No. 45264. The information available through the portal or on the website of the IURC is not incorporated herein.
