On June 10, 2019, PrimeEnergy Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued the news release that is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In the news release, the Company announced it is set to join the broad-market Russell 3000® Index at the conclusion of the 2019 Russell indexes annual reconstitution, effective after the US market opens on July 1, according to a preliminary list of additions posted by FTSE Russell June 7, 2019.
