Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, Dover Corporation (“Dover”) will host a virtual analyst and investor meeting on Monday, September 14, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. The meeting will focus on Dover’s Pumps and Process Solutions segment and on the biopharma market in particular.
