Item 8.01
Other Events.
On May 14, 2019, Federal Signal Corporation announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets and operations of Mark Rite Lines Equipment Company, Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of truck-mounted and ride-on road-marking equipment, including its wholly-owned subsidiary HighMark Traffic Services, Inc. The parties are targeting a closing date in the third quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
