On September 26, 2024, Safe Pro Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial and operating results for the second quarter of 2024 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
