Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Lorraine Hendrickson resigned from the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Lord Abbett Private Credit Fund (the “Company”) effective May 18, 2025. Ms. Hendrickson served on the Company’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee.

Ms. Hendrickson’s resignation from the Board of the Company was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
