SUPPLEMENT DATED JUNE 26, 2025, TO THE SUMMARY PROSPECTUS, PROSPECTUS, AND STATEMENT OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DATED APRIL 29, 2025
This Supplement updates certain information contained in the Summary Prospectus, Prospectus, and Statement of Additional Information (“SAI”) dated April 29, 2025, of the Venerable World Equity Fund (the “Fund”), a series of Venerable Variable Insurance Trust (the “Trust”). You should read this Supplement in conjunction with the Fund’s Summary Prospectus, Prospectus, and SAI and retain it for future reference. At a meeting held on June 17, 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Trust approved the appointment of Numeric Investors LLC to serve as an additional non-discretionary investment sub-adviser to the Fund.
The following changes are being made to the Fund’s Summary Prospectus, Prospectus, and SAI, effective as of that date:

Intermede Global Partners Inc., Intermede Investment Partners Limited, Numeric Investors LLC, Sanders Capital, LLC, and Wellington Management Company LLP, each an SEC-registered investment adviser, serve as non-discretionary investment sub-advisers to the Fund.
