On January 28, 2025, Zonghan Wu resigned from his position as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The Company’s Board of Directors appointed Jianguo Geng to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
On January 28, 2025, Guoxiang Yang resigned from his position as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. The Company’s Board of Directors appointed Jun Wang to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
