Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 28, 2024, NewAmsterdam Pharma Company N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing corporate updates and its financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
