Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 11, 2025, Maison Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) announced the closure of Super HK of El Monte, the Company’s supermarket located in El Monte, California. The strategic decision to close the El Monte store is part of the Company’s ongoing commitment to improve its profitability and support sustainable growth. The Company continues to analyze the costs related to this closure; however, on a preliminary basis, the Company expects such costs to be immaterial.
