(the “Company”) updated its investor presentation related to the Company’s proposed initial public offering of Class A common stock, which is used to conduct meetings with potential investors. This presentation has been filed as a free writing prospectus pursuant to Rule 433 to, and should be read together with, the Company’s post-effective amendment No. 1 to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-272123) (the “Registration Statement”) as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on August 1, 2023.
A copy of the presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
