Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Departure of Patricia Mishic O’Brien

Effective January 30, 2023, Patricia Mishic O’Brien resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of 5E Advanced Materials, Inc. (“5E” or the “Company”). Ms. Mishic O’Brien has accepted a new full-time executive position with a startup company and is leaving the Board to prioritize her efforts in her new role. Ms. Mishic O’Brien’s decision to resign from the Board was not related to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices or any issues regarding financial disclosures, accounting or legal matters.
