Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 4, 2024, Shimmick Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release providing an update on various company matters, including the settlement of disputes related to the Golden Gate Bridge Project and its transformation plan progress, as well as certain preliminary financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 27, 2024.
A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
