Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 17, 2025, Roadzen Inc. (the “Company”) filed a lawsuit (Case No. 50-2025-CA-003675-XXXA-MB) in Palm Beach County, Florida against Meteora Capital Partners, LP and affiliated entities (“Meteora”), related to a forward purchase agreement dated August 25, 2023. On April 21, 2025, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) regarding the lawsuit it filed against Meteora, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
