On March 22, 2022, Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
