Item 7.01 Regulation FD disclosure.
On December 20, 2021, Onex Falcon Direct Lending BDC Fund (the “Fund”) declared a dividend of $0.27 per share payable on December 21, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 20, 2021. These distributions will be paid in cash or reinvested in shares for shareholders participating in the Fund’s distribution reinvestment plan.
