On March 29, 2023, Stronghold Digital Mining, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. The Company intends to make an investor presentation available on its website https://strongholddigitalmining.com/ under the section “Investor Relations” prior to the Company’s conference call with investors on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 11:00 am Eastern Time.
