On October 25, 2023, Nextracker Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the second fiscal quarter ended September 29, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
