Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On November 20, 2023, Verano Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the introduction of the Essence Nectar line, which combines bespoke graphic art with terpene-rich, full-spectrum cannabis products. The Essence Nectar line is now available in Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and the Company plans to introduce the Essence Nectar line in Florida and Connecticut in the future. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
