Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Conditions
EON Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on November 18, 2024, in which the Company provided certain third quarter 2024 financial results. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Company will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to review its third quarter 2024 financial results. In addition, attached as Exhibit 99.2 is an updated investor presentation for use by the Company in meetings with certain of its stockholders, investors, and other persons, following release of the Company’s third quarter 2024 financial results.
