Other Events.

Distribution Declaration
 
On December 13, 2022,  Blackrock Direct Lending Corp. (the “Company”) declared a regular distribution for its common stock in an aggregate amount of $4,350,000, or approximately $0.25 per share.  The distribution will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2022 and will be paid on January 12, 2023. The distribution will be paid in cash.
