On May 14, 2025, Arcellx, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing new positive data for its Phase 2 pivotal iMMagine-1 study of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel) in patients with relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma based on results from a May 1, 2025 data cut. The Company announced that it will be presenting updated clinical data from the Phase 2 pivotal iMMagine-1 study at the EHA 2025 Congress on June 14, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
