Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 1, 2022 (December 2, 2022 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. (the “Company”) lodged an announcement with the Australian Securities Exchange announcing the expiration of the previously announced offer to purchase, by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Coronado Finance Pty Ltd for cash up to $200,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 10.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2026 (the “Notes”), pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing the Notes. A copy of the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
