Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b)      On February 4, 2021, Gregory R. Friedman, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Corteva, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notification to the Company of his intention to retire from the Company. At this time, Mr. Friedman will continue in his role as the Company undertakes the external executive search for his replacement currently in progress.
