Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On October 5, 2023, the board of directors of Monroe Capital Income Plus Corporation (the “Company”) declared a distribution in the form of a dividend in the amount of $0.10 per share, consisting of a regular dividend of $0.09 per share and a supplemental dividend of $0.01 per share, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 16, 2023; a distribution in the form of a regular dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2023; and a distribution in the form of a regular dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2023. Each regular and supplemental dividend will be paid to stockholders on December 29, 2023. The regular dividends represent an annualized dividend yield of approximately 10.6%. The annualized dividend yield was calculated by dividing the annualized declared regular dividends by the net asset value as of June 30, 2023.
