Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 27, 2025, FirstSun Capital Bancorp (the “Company”) issued an earnings press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. The earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. On January 27, 2025, the Company, made available on its website an investor presentation regarding the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024, which will be used at investor conferences during the remainder of the first quarter of 2025. The investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference. The information in this Item 2.02, including Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or otherwise subject to the liability of that section, and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
