Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 5, 2020, Funko, Inc. (the Company) announced preliminary financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
The preliminary financial results are based on the Companys current estimate of its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. Actual results may differ materially from these estimates as a result of the completion of normal year-end accounting procedures and adjustments, including the execution of the Companys internal control over financial reporting, the completion of the audit of the Companys financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019 and the subsequent occurrence or identification of events prior to the formal issuance of the fourth quarter and annual financial results.
