RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On August 3, 2020, Ingersoll Rand, Inc. (“Ingersoll Rand”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
