Item 1.01.

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 7, 2022, FS CREIT Finance BB-1 LLC, an indirect wholly-owned, special-purpose financing subsidiary of FS Credit Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., or the Company, amended the transaction documents relating to the Master Repurchase Agreement dated February 22, 2021 with Barclays Bank PLC, or Barclays, as purchaser, and the Company, as guarantor, to, among other things, increase the maximum amount of financing available from $450,000,000 to $700,000,000.

The material terms described above are qualified in their entirety by the agreements attached as Exhibit 10.1 and Exhibit 10.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
