Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On April 2, 2025, FS CREIT Finance BB-1 LLC (“BB-1”), an indirect wholly owned special purpose financing subsidiary of FS Credit Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., entered into the Ninth Amendment to Master Repurchase Agreement with Barclays Bank PLC (“Barclays”), amending the Master Repurchase Agreement dated as of February 22, 2021, between BB-1, as seller, and Barclays, as purchaser. This amendment provides for, among other things, amending and extending the availability period from May 22, 2025 to February 21, 2028.

 

The material terms of the amendment described here are qualified in their entirety by the agreement attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
