Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 14, 2022, Ramaco Resources. Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $5.0 million across all outstanding shares of common stock payable on September 15, 2022 to shareholders of record as of September 1, 2022. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and the text of such press release is incorporated herein by reference.
