On August 31, 2021, FVCbank, the wholly owned subsidiary of FVCBankcorp, Inc., issued a press release announcing that it has acquired a 28.7% membership interest in Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC, a mortgage lender headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
