Item 2.01 On July 24, 2019, Larison Inc sold 9,222,350 class A common shares of Landbay Inc to Northern Ifurniture Inc, the price for each share was $0.002, the amount was $18,444,70. Mrs. Xiaowei Jin is owning 100% shares of Northern Ifurniture Inc.
