Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On December 12, 2019, Norman Wesley notified Acushnet Holdings Corp.'s (the “Company”) Board of Directors (the "Board") of his plan to retire from the Board, effective January 1, 2020. Mr. Wesley's retirement is consistent with his stated intention to retire from board service generally and is not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Board and management of the Company thank Mr. Wesley for his nearly 20 years of dedicated service.
