Item 5.02 Departure Of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officer; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
On August 20, 2020, Atkore International Group Inc. (the "Company" or "Atkore") announced that Peter Lariviere, president-Cable Solutions business, notified the company of his intention to retire effective January 2, 2021. Over the coming months Mr. Lariviere will assist with the transition of his responsibilities, which will be assumed under Atkore's current leadership.
