Explanatory Note:
This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on September 23, 2025 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-25-016204) (the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to revise information in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D relating to amounts payable to the Certificateholders. The payment revisions were made to include funds received with respect to the late payoff of the A&H Pacific Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 17 on Annex A-1 of the prospectus supplement of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on October 29, 2015 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5)). This resulted in an additional principal payment to the Class A-M Certificateholders in an amount equal to $16,015,355.99. The additional principal payment was made to the Class A-M Certificateholders on October 9, 2025.
