Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 10, 2019, Clipper Realty Inc. announced that the City of New York’s Department of Citywide Administrative Services has approved the countersigned lease for renewal of its commercial leases at the 250 Livingston Street property. The new lease will have a ten-year term commencing upon the expiration of the current leases in August 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
